There is an uneducated man who is making massive money more than some other well-educated members of staff in a certain company. This man became who he is now because of his diligence and persistence towards his dealings in the company.

Furthermore, the uneducated man neither steals nor engages in any other negative things. In the company, whenever they capture someone that engages in stealing, they'd fire him or her immediately. Therefore, whatever they ask him to do, he always does it quickly with diligence. 

The company is one of the companies that both the educated and uneducated can work in. So, don't be surprised how this uneducated man is coping with his tasks in the company, you just ought to have any skill. 

As a result, the Chief Executive Officer of the company and many other members of staff in great positions started scrutinizing him till they discovered that he was really a man they would work with. Surprisingly, the man got promoted to a higher position where he gives orders of what to do to many other members of staff and some other well-educated staff in the company.

However, his perseverance in carrying out action earned him the honour they usually give him as a great role model to many others, because he is still working diligently as a staff in the company and he's doing very fine. Years ago, the company demanded both the educated and uneducated to be employed as members in the company. Therefore, this uneducated man and others that are in the same shoes as him were employed along with the educated ones.

Whatever you have to do under the surface of the earth, always do it with diligence and don't be quick to get tired, because others are examining you which you aren't aware of. Don't look down on yourself. You can perform the task you think you can't through trying. Just try it and you'll surely make it.

Don't take opportunities for granted.
This uneducated man had an opportunity and he grabbed it and then started working really hard in order not to be disqualified because he knew that when he diligently continued with his tasks in the company, he'd be well recognized and they wouldn't withdraw him from the company. And now, he's like a boss to many others.
