The light mustn’t go dim; it must continue to shine.
How often do you challenge yourself to continue nurturing the skills and knowledge that your coach has imparted to you?
Your mentors, coaches, lecturers, and other role models are responsible for igniting the spark within you,
and it is your responsibility to sustain the momentum.
Do not allow the light to fade away.
When I refer to spark, I’m talking about the passion and drive that fuels your desires.
When someone has a strong desire for something, it indicates that he or she is willing to overcome any obstacles that may arise and persist in his or her efforts until the fellow achieves proficiency.
Professors, for instance, continually strive for excellence. They don’t stop regardless of how knowledgeable they may appear.
So, why shouldn’t you continue to nurture the skills and knowledge to become progressively more proficient?
It is essential to maintain the momentum and not allow it to wane.
The moment you cease to make an effort, the momentum will continue to dissipate, causing the spark to fade away. Instead, let it shine more and more brighter.
