I WISH I HAD…

​ I WISH I HAD PUT MORE EFFORT INTO MY ACADEMY DAYS. HOW I WISH I HAD TAKEN MY ACADEMIC CAREER MORE SERIOUSLY. Caleb, Jide, and I were close friends during our tertiary education. We shared a strong bond as best friends. Caleb had a keen interest in reading various genres of books. Notably, he had a strong passion for studying, whereas Jide and I had an aversion to studying, especially when examinations were not imminent.  I was inclined to study only a few days prior to examinations, and Jide followed a similar pattern. Instead of utilizing our study time effectively, we would often scroll through social media or engage in leisure activities, unlike Caleb, who was deeply invested in his academic pursuits.  Studying was indeed his favorite hobby during our tertiary education.  He would consistently encourage us to be diligent in our studies, but we never heeded his advice.  Despite our lack of attention to his counsel, Caleb persisted in advising us to ...
