Some individuals do not want to see others succeed…

There are individuals in certain positions who, initially, may offer support; 

however, the moment they realize that your impending actions will yield greater results than theirs, they will withdraw their assistance. 

This shift occurs because they recognize that your success will surpass theirs.

Although they may have provided support previously, 

their willingness to help will cease once they perceive that your endeavors will elevate you to a more prominent position. 

Consequently, you may find yourself wondering why their support has dissipated, unaware of the underlying reason.

However, do not be surprised when such situations arise, 

because it is uncommon to find individuals in positions of power willing to support others in surpassing their own status. 

In fact, there are certain individuals who do not wish to see others achieve success, 

instead desiring exclusive success for themselves; 

they strive solely for their own continued success and achievement of great things, 

without wanting others to improve through their efforts.

Consequently, it is inadvisable to rely exclusively on one individual; 

your dependability should not be solely contingent upon people. 

You are not obligated to solicit assistance from a single person. 

What if the individual makes a commitment to you and subsequently fails to fulfill it? 

This would effectively nullify your objective, which you established based on the person's promise. 

If you seek assistance from multiple individuals, if one does not yield the anticipated outcome, another will.

In conclusion, the moment your helper recognizes your true potential, it is possible for such a helper to cease supporting you. 

Although all individuals are not equal, there are some people who are willing to assist others and desire to see them surpass their own achievements; 

they aspire to witness those they are helping attain prominent and esteemed positions. 

These are the type of individuals you should associate yourself with, rather than those who would seek your downfall the moment they perceive your progress.
