They should be those who are eager to foster your growth, not those showing no interest in facilitating your development.

At the same token,

you should be aware of the types of companies you associate with, because some may appear friendly,

but unfortunately, have ulterior motives that could lead to your downfall.

You should be able to know the kinds of companies you keep, because some may be kind, but divergently seek your downfall.

Therefore, it is advantageous to be aware of the companies you keep.

It is essential to be reasonable.  Sometimes, conflicts arise among individuals simply because the person who provided assistance yesterday is unable to do so today.
