There is an uneducated man who is earning substantial income, surpassing that of some well-educated colleagues within a particular company. 

This man achieved his current status due to his diligence and persistence in his dealings within the company.

Furthermore, the uneducated man neither steals nor engages in any other negative behaviours. 

In the company, whenever they apprehend someone who engages in stealing, they immediately terminate the individual's employment. 

Therefore, whatever tasks they assign to him, he always completes them promptly with diligence.

The company is one of the companies that both the educated and uneducated can work in.

So, do not be surprised at how this uneducated man is coping with his tasks in the company, you simply need to possess any skill.

As a result, the Chief Executive Officer of the company and many other high-ranking members of staff began scrutinizing him until they discovered that he was indeed a man they would be willing to work with. 

Surprisingly, the man received a promotion to a higher position, where he now issues directives to many other members of staff and some other well-educated staff within the company.

However, his perseverance in carrying out action earned him the distinction they usually accord him as a great role model to many others, because he is still working diligently as a staff member in the company and he's doing very fine. 

Years ago, the company demanded both the educated and uneducated to be employed as members in the company. 

Therefore, this uneducated man and others that are in the same shoes as him were employed alongside the educated ones.

Whatever tasks you undertake beneath the earth's surface, always execute them with diligence and perseverance, avoiding fatigue. 

Recognize that you are being observed by others, even if unknowingly. 

Maintain self-confidence and recognize that you are capable of accomplishing tasks that seem insurmountable through persistence and effort. 

Simply attempt the task, and success will inevitably follow.

Do not take opportunities for granted. 

This uneducated man seized an opportunity and subsequently worked diligently to avoid disqualification, recognizing that consistent effort would yield recognition and secure his position within the company. 

Consequently, he has ascended to a leadership role, supervising numerous colleagues.
